Iodized salts help to prevent thyroid problems and can block the chemical aggressions. These salts are rich in iodine, which is essential for both the child and mother. Iodine is also a vital component for proper functioning of cardiovascular system and preventing blood pressure variations. High blood pressure can lead to various risks during pregnancy.
Go for freggies
The commercial canned food contains some residues of pesticides, which can be tremendously harmful for the baby growing inside your womb. Always prefer organic grown vegetables and fruits. To fulfill the protein requirement drink milk, eat meat and soy, these are the food items that are rich in proteins. Forget about eating canned food.

Maintaining the fat levels is very essential, especially during the period of pregnancy.
