Q: Do you accept PayPal, cheques or postal orders?
A: Unfortunately we can only accept payment on credit and debit cards as it allows us to check the address of our customers.

Q: Do you have a phone number?

Q: Can I pick my order up or Do you send it by courier?
A: All orders are sent by post. Likewise you cannot pick your order, it must be posted. This is because we need to ensure the recipient is the patient.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: We cannot guarantee a delivery date but estimate delivery time. Please see our Shipping polices

Q: You have emailed to say my bank has declined my card. Why has this happened?
A: We do not get detailed information about why your bank has declined your card. You need to contact your bank who maybe able to answer your queries.

Q: Are your medicines safe to use? I have heard stuff about websites on the news?
