- Nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor" medicine), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (eg, itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (eg, rifampin) or high blood pressure medication.
